RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION OF SERVICE:

Rescheduling/Cancelling your move date must be submitted in writing via email by the customer prior to Ten (10) business days before the first available pickup date in pickup window based on the original contract/E-signature. Customer may reschedule move dates for no additional charge.

By signing this form, I hereby state that I have read, agreed and fully understood this Order of Service as well as the company Terms and Condition sent via email prior to my service date. By signing this Order of Service, you are securing the date and time of your service. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE – All cancellations of services made by customer less than Ten (10) business days prior to service date (including onsite service cancellation made by customer) due to unforeseen circumstances, or any additional services added to the account such as packing services, additional items or volume to be moved, overnight service, storage services or packing materials usage, that are not included in the initial Estimated Cost For Service that was signed and approved by customer, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged the entire deposit.

100% Refundable deposit if cancelled prior to Ten (10) business days before the 1st originally scheduled pickup date within your pickup window VIA EMAIL to info@virginiavl.com and shall be processed within fourteen (14) business days. All emails received after 5 PM EST will be considered the next business day.
